As your private yoga coach I will be there to guide you through challenges, keep you motivated, answer any questions that pop up, and provide general support. But I do more than that, I teach yoga from the heart. I use a little bit of magic called love.
You will stay in the private wing of Yogi Living Retreat Center (booked exclusively for your sessions). We can also work online using Zoom (many people prefer this option due to its flexibility and simplicity). In some special cases I can come to your home.
And if you want to continue the journey, you can extend your yoga coaching for as long as you need. Enjoy support and encouragement every step of the way!
Awakening The Heart
Teaching is based on awakening the heart center and grounded on integrating mind and body. Our approach supports optimal brain function and harmony between mind, body, and soul. As a result, Yogi Living students are more able to handle stress and enjoy a deeper, richer experience of life. We also see a noticeable increase in expressions of happiness, love and compassion.
A large body of research confirms the health benefits of yoga and how yoga works on the root cause of most diseases: chronic stress. We teach forms of yoga supported by modern research. We also believe love has the power to heal and transform peoples lives.

The Retreat Center
Yogi Living is a family-run Nordic yoga center located in a small village among the rural farms and wide-open skies of Skåne, in South Sweden. We are within easy reach of the major transport hubs of Malmö and Copenhagen.
The Retreat Center has a peaceful and grounded feel, but it’s also part of the rhythm of local village life. We are located on a road, so you will sometimes hear the rumble of passing traffic or neighbors going about their day—and sometimes be approached by a friendly cat in the garden!
This is not a place for total withdrawal or complete silence but rather a space to explore practical yoga methods that are meant to integrate into everyday life. At Yogi Living, you’ll experience the beauty of yoga in harmony with the gentle hum of life around you, creating a balance between inner peace and the outside world.

Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. Yoga classes are optional and tailored to individual needs, without the complicated postures you may see online.
Are classes held in English?
Yogi Living Retreat Center resident yoga teacher Winnie Winnetu speaks English, Swedish, Danish, French and German so don’t worry if you cannot speak Swedish!
Can I bring my partner?
Yes! Partners are always welcome, if space permits.
There is a small extra price to cover our costs if your partner does not wish to participate.
How do I get to Yogi Living Retreat Center?
Yogi Living Retreat Center is located in Skåne, South Sweden close to the vibrant city of Malmö. The closest international airports are Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup (75 km) and Malmö airport, Sturup (30 km) with good rail connections to Malmö and on to Trelleborg (our closest town). You can also come by car through Germany and take the ferry from Rostock to Trelleborg. There are 3 sailings (6 hours duration) per day.
We can pick you up by car from Malmö or Trelleborg, but please ask for this in advance.
Can I stay at the Retreat Center?
You are welcome to stay if we have no retreats or guests. Keep in mind we are a small center with limited capacity.
We can offer different types of accommodation: caravans, glamping (summer only) and AirBnB rooms.
What is the local area like?
The surrounding countryside is picture-postcard Sweden. There are many small picturesque villages and a mixture of open farmland, woodland, and lakes. The wonderful coastline of the Swedish Riviera is only 5km away. When the weather allows we can arrange an excursion to places like the Ales Stones (the “Swedish Stonehenge”) and local castles.
You can also hang out in the garden where we have a treehouse meditation platform and a jacuzzi. There is a small ICA supermarket 5 minutes walk from the ashram.
