At Yogi Living, you’ll experience the beauty of yoga in harmony with the gentle hum of life around you, creating a balance between inner peace and the outside world.

The Best You
choosing a yoga practice
Whether you’re drawn to Tantra Yoga, Kundalini Kriya Yoga, or Prana Yoga depends on your personality, goals, and approach spiritual growth. Each style resonates with different practitioners.
Here’s how to find the best fit for you.
The experience seeker
Tantra Yoga is for those who see spirituality in all aspects of life. If you thrive on deep emotional connections, enjoy working with energy, and believe in transformation through presence, this path is for you. Tantra is ideal for those who are open-minded, crave deep connection, and ready to embrace both the light and shadow within themselves.
Disciplined Practice
Kundalini Kriya Yoga is best for those who want a structured, systematic approach to spiritual awakening. If you are goal-oriented, disciplined, and drawn to techniques that activate and raise energy through breathwork, movement, and meditation, this path will resonate with you. The practice of Kundalini Yoga is powerful and direct, but requires commitment and discipline.
The Power Of Breath
Prana Yoga is perfect for those who are sensitive to energy and want to master breath control for balance and wellness. If you seek mental focus, emotional stability, and alignment with life force energy, this practice will enhance your awareness and health. It’s a great choice for those who prefer a meditative, breath-centered approach to well-being.
Which one calls to you?
Tantra Yoga—if you seek a sensory, embodied path.
Kundalini Yoga—for those who prefer a structured, disciplined approach.
Prana Yoga—using breath to restore energy and health.
