During our Tantra Yoga Retreat for couples you will explore little-known practices from the most famous text in tantra, the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.

In this text Shiva teaches Shakti meditations, tantric practices for love and connection and pranayamas to reach higher states of consciousness. These techniques enhance love, create emotional stability and connection for a couple.

Our daily schedule is a guide, and we are happy to adjust it to your needs and preferences.

Kindly note: All sessions are clothed and although we teach, we do not practice with clients, but  respect the intimacy and boundaries of the relationship.

Your day starts gently with  Morning Smoothie or Detox Tea to ease you gently into the day. 

Mornings session is a 2-hour partner yoga  which may include practices like Sun Salutations, Pranayamas, Dynmic Meditations, Venus Kriyas, and Couples Meditations— designed to align breath, open the love energy, and deepen connection.

Yogi Living Brunch. A typical brunch consists of healthy panckages with local honney, fruits, coconut and cacao, yogurth with fruit compot, chia pudding, frech orange juice, coffee and tea. However, we follow your dietary requirements and adjust according to your diet and needs. 

Heart Centered / Non Violent Communication. Few of us had great role models for how to communicate. We help you listen and speak with empathy and presence. To understand and to be understood. 

Sightseeing and romantic time for the two of you. It is possible to rent our retro volvo or ask for a guided tour with a picknik basket.

Private time in the Hot Tub

Take time to immerse yourself in Tantra for couples at Yogi Living retreat center, just an hour from Copenhagen airport.  

You will stay in our yoga themed guesthouse with a fruit tree garden, surrounded by open fields, fresh air, and vibrant village life. Here, the practice of authentic Tantra invites deep connection—with yourself, with each other, and with life itself.

We are a family-run yoga center in rural countryside Skåne (South Sweden). Our place is personal, warm, and full of charm; everything but a five-star hotel. We prioritize our clients and only hosts one to two couples at the time.

NB: We are open all year, but since there are only few spots we encourage you to book in good time.

Not at all. Yoga classes are optional and tailored to individual needs, without the complicated postures you may see online.

Yogi Living Retreat Center resident yoga teacher Winnie Winnetu speaks English, Swedish, Danish, French and German so don’t worry if you cannot speak Swedish!

Yogi Living Retreat Center is located in Skåne, South Sweden close to the vibrant city of Malmö. It can be easilly reached from all major cities in Europe. We are only an hour from Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup  (75 km) and Malmö airport, Sturup (30 km). There are good rail connections to Malmö and on to Trelleborg (our closest town). You can also come by car through Germany and take the ferry from Rostock to Trelleborg. There are 3 sailings (6 hours duration) per day.

We arrange pick up by car from Malmö (10 min from Copenhagen airport in train), Trelleborg, Ystad or Malmö Airport. Please ask for this in advance.

The surrounding countryside is picture-postcard Sweden. There are many small picturesque villages and a mixture of open farmland, woodland, and lakes. The wonderful coastline of the Swedish Riviera is only 5km away. When the weather allows we can arrange an excursion to places like the Ales Stones (the “Swedish Stonehenge”) and local castles and silent lakes.

You can also hang out in the garden where we have a treehouse meditation platform and a jacuzzi.  There is a small ICA supermarket 5 minutes walk from the ashram.
