Your day starts gently with Morning Smoothie or Detox Tea to ease you gently into the day.
09.00 - 11.00
Mornings session is a 2-hour partner yoga which may include chakra opening practices like Sun Salutations, Pranayamas, Asanas, and Tibetan Rites— designed to open up your breath and energy flow.
11.00 - 13.00
Yogi Living Brunch. A typical brunch may for instance consists of healthy bread or pancakes with local honey, fruits, coconut and cacao, yogurt with fruit compote, chia pudding, fresh orange juice, coffee and tea. We follow your dietary requirements and adjust according to your diet and needs.
13.00 - 15.00
Emotional Release or Rebirthing session. Individual sessions for releasing stuck emotions and get the kind of life that you wish for yourself.
15.00 - 18.00
Time to bike or trek on rural paths, look into the crown of the old tree on the tree platform or soak in the jacuzzi. During a 6 day stay we offer 2 excursions, to the Swedish stone hence, the silent lake or a beach trek.
18.00 - 19.00
Dinner. Light vegatarian meal made from salad, pasta or soup.
19.00 - 20.00
Private time in the Hot Tub

Evening slow down practice every second day.

Take time to immerse yourself in Prana Yoga at Yogi Living. We are a family-run yoga center in rural countryside Skåne (South Sweden). Our place is personal, warm, and full of charm; everything but a five-star hotel. We prioritize our clients and only hosts one to two couples at the time.
You will stay in our fruit tree garden, surrounded by open fields, fresh air, and vibrant village life. We are open to bookings all year. Reach out to book your preferred time.
This retreat is open all year around, but as there are only few spots its important to be quick to book.

The guest house has a private entrance and decking area beside fruit trees in the garden, with a hot tub and sun loungers—perfect for relaxing between the fruit tre our nature garden. You have acces to a dedicated meditation and yoga space, complete with a balcony overlooking rural fields.

What is classical tantra yoga?
Classical Tantra Yoga is a spiritual tradition that began in India and thrived between the 5th and 12th centuries. During this time, thousands of texts known as “Tantras” were written. The texts detailed various Tantric practices and included many long commentaries. The primary aim of these yogic practices and beliefs was to elevate consciousness, explore the nature of reality, and achieve spiritual liberation.
What is neo-tantra?
Neo-Tantra and Classical Tantra differ significantly in their focus and practices. Neo-Tantra primarily emphasizes sexual liberation and the concept of sacred sex. In Classical Tantra, sexuality is seen as only one aspect of the human experience that can serve a spiritual practice.
Neo-Tantra and Classical Tantra share little beyond their name and the belief that sexuality doesn’t have to be separate from spirituality.
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. Yoga classes are optional and tailored to individual needs, without the complicated postures you may see online.
Are classes held in English?
Yogi Living Retreat Center resident yoga teacher Winnie Winnetu speaks English, Swedish, Danish, French and German so don’t worry if you cannot speak Swedish!
How do I get to Yogi Living Retreat Center?
Yogi Living Retreat Center is located in Skåne, South Sweden close to the vibrant city of Malmö. The closest international airports are Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup (75 km) and Malmö airport, Sturup (30 km) with good rail connections to Malmö and on to Trelleborg (our closest town). You can also come by car through Germany and take the ferry from Rostock to Trelleborg. There are 3 sailings (6 hours duration) per day.
We can pick you up by car from Malmö (10 min from Copenhagen airport in train), Trelleborg, Ystad or Malmö Airport, but please ask for this in advance.
What is the local area like?
The surrounding countryside is picture-postcard Sweden. There are many small picturesque villages and a mixture of open farmland, woodland, and lakes. The wonderful coastline of the Swedish Riviera is only 5km away. When the weather allows we can arrange an excursion to places like the Ales Stones (the “Swedish Stonehenge”) and local castles and silent lakes.
You can also hang out in the garden where we have a treehouse meditation platform and a jacuzzi. There is a small ICA supermarket 5 minutes walk from the ashram.
