A pranic wellness retreat for couples teaches you simple practices to release stress, rebuild trust, and reconnect on a deeper level.

Shared movement and breath strengthen your bond, renew emotional closeness, and leave you feeling more calm, connected, and supported as a couple.

2 evenings during your stay (for 6 day retreats) you will have two evenings free to explore the beauty of the local area: white sand beaches and lush green fields,  Silent swimming lakes, and historic sites such a Swedens Stone Hence. 

Your daily schedule
08.00 - 09.00

Your day starts gently with  Morning Smoothie or Detox Tea to ease you gently into the day. 

Mornings session is a 2-hour Prana Yoga session designed to awaken your energy body, calm your mind, and open the flow of life energy. We make the program according to your wishes. Sessions may include pranayama, sun salutation, asanas, Tibetan Rites and guided meditations.  

Yogi Living Brunch. A typical brunch consists of healthy pancages with local honey or fresh bread, fruits, coconut and cacao, yogurt with fruit compote, chia pudding, fresh orange juice, coffee and tea. However, we follow your dietary requirements and adjust according to your diet and needs. 

Couples heart yoga

During the afternoon, we focus on heart-centred connection; including dynamic meditation, tantric hug, Venus Kriyas (couple’s meditations for love energy), and couples meditations—simple yet powerful techniques to help you sync your breath and connect.  

Free time

Sightseeing and romantic time for the two of you.

Dinner

In the evening you will learn non violent communication, using yogic knowledge to deepen your understanding and shared empathy.

Take time to immerse yourself in Yoga for two at Yogi Living. We are a family-run yoga center in rural countryside Skåne (South Sweden). Our place is personal, warm, and full of charm; everything but a five-star hotel. We prioritize our clients and only hosts one to two couples at the time. 

You will stay in our light guesthouse in a fruit tree garden, surrounded by open fields, fresh air, and vibrant village life. Here, the practice of yoga for couples invites deep connection—with yourself, with each other, and with life itself.

Important note: We are open for booking all year arond but wit only few spots avalible its recommended to book in good time.

Couples yoga retreat includes white tantra,  which is a meditative practice for couples. It focuses on opening the mind and heart through breath and focused awareness, rather than through sexual energies.

Yog for couples is about sharing the calm and clarity of yoga side by side, finding a steady rhythm that supports both of you.

A Tantric Retreat goes deeper into energy connection and intimacy practices. Beyond movement and breath, you explore meditations, touch, and presence that open the heart. It is less about poses, and more about experiencing each other in a conscious and sacred way.

Both retreats strengthen your relationship. Couple’s retreat through shared yoga, the tantric through energetic and emotional closeness.

Nonviolent Communication transforms relationships by replacing blame with understanding and demands with heartfelt requests. 

At our couples retreat, you will practice expressing needs and feelings in a way that creates emphathy and understanding. In this way you will  turn conflicts into moments of closeness rather than distance.

Not at all. Yoga classes are tailored to individual needs, without the complicated postures you may see online.

Yogi Living Retreat Center resident yoga teacher Winnie Winnetu speaks English, Swedish, Danish, French and German so don’t worry if you cannot speak Swedish!

Yogi Living Retreat Center is located in Skåne, South Sweden close to the vibrant city of Malmö. The closest international airports are Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup  (75 km) and Malmö airport, Sturup (30 km) with good rail connections to Malmö and on to Trelleborg (our closest town). You can also come by car through Germany and take the ferry from Rostock to Trelleborg. There are 3 sailings (6 hours duration) per day.

We are happy to pick you up by car from Malmö (10 min from Copenhagen airport in train), Trelleborg, Ystad or Malmö Airport. Please ask for this in advance.

The retreat is set in Skåne’s idyllic countryside — a landscape of rolling farmland, quiet woodlands, silent lakes, and charming Swedish villages. Just 5 km away lies the coastline of the Swedish Riviera, with white-sand beaches perfect for serene walks or a refreshing dip.

When the weather allows, we arrange gentle excursions to local gems such as Ales Stones (Sweden’s own Stonehenge), nearby castles, or tranquil forest lakes.

At the retreat itself, you can unwind in the garden’s treehouse meditation platform, soak in the jacuzzi, or take a short walk to the nearby ICA supermarket for anything you might need.
