Whereas short-term stress can be healthy, long-term stress significantly undermines your health and may even affect your DNA.  Burnouts are often associated with negative thoughts and deteriorating health. It is vital to release stress before it becomes a permanent condition in the body. 

We teach you how to control your everyday energy flow, how to be active and energized with tapping sun salutation, and breath work, and how to put your body into a deep state of relaxation through a deep yin yoga flow, yoga nidra, and meditation. 

We work with groups of very few people to give you full attention. Anyone who genuinely wishes to feel good in their heart, mind, and spirit can join.

Self-healing sunday retreat

Morning 9 - 11

Foundational practices to support your process: pranayama (breath work), tapping, meditation and sun salutation.  

Lunch 11-14

Free time for walking in nature, on the beach or meditation in the top of our tree platform. 

Afternoon 14 -16

Complete relaxation with a yin yoga flow to activate the vagus nerve and a yoga nidra journey for deep self-healing and face yoga to release tension and increase radiance and looks.

Our modern society is a very stressful place to be because it is organized around competition, to always be better than each other, have the most branded and new clothes, fancy cars, and careers. Also, the pressure to be beautiful and successful is very strong. And it all has to be displayed online. No matter how you feel inside. We forget that being healthy is not just about coping. It’s about living life with a smile.

This is our contribution to do something to help people, simply by teaching them how to revitalize their energy body, restoring physical health and releasing stuck emotions. People can learn how to decide when to have optimum focus, but also when to be relaxed and regenerate.

Winnie Winnetu is is a qualified Yoga Therapist. A University lecturer for 12 years, she has made it her mission to connect contemporary Western science with the wisdom of yoga teaching.
