Your body has an immense capacity for self-healing! During a Yoga Therapy Retreat, you learn methods to remove physical and mental toxins which cause your body chronic stress. You will release years of accumulated stress and experience improved mood and energy.
We teach the original forms of yoga, using a blend of meditational yoga movements Yin Yoga, vagus nerve activation, healing Yoga Nidra, and laughter yoga. Alternating between energizing forms of yoga to restore your energy flow and a more mindful slow yoga to bring your heart, mind, and body into balance.
This retreat is the place for self-healing and finding the freedom to live your life the way you want.

Winnie Winnetu is a certified teacher of Hatha, Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy and has been teaching yoga teacher training courses since 2015.

In my yoga therapy classes, I both address the mental and emotional causes of physical symptoms. Every negative thought and experience creates stress in your body. Stress is stored in your muscles, your endocrine system, and your energy body. It is present in your mind, your emotions, and your words. It, therefore, needs to be addressed at each of these levels.
I teach ancient yoga methods verified by modern neuroscience research. Practiced daily techniques will improve your well-being, increase self-love and your level of happiness in life.Â
Yogi Living Ashram teaches a holistic form of yoga therapy focusing on stress release. Using slow asana yoga to release tension from the body, lift your emotional state by replacing anger with laughter, and free your mind using yoga nidra (sleep yoga).Â

Yogi Living Ashram is a healing place to be with yogi artwork on the walls and in the middle of fields in a beautiful garden. Here you can be your authentic self and be seen for who you are.
Our beautiful retreat center is located in a charming little village called Klagstorp, surrounded by colourful fields and riveting nature. The white beaches of Skånes Riviera are only 5 km away.
You can chose accommodation according to your budget – we offer rooms, tents and caravans. You will be served 3 delicate vegan meals daily, detox smoothies, coffee and tea ad libitum. You will have free access to parking, the garden, meditation platform, tea house, and Hot-top with jets (upon request).
Whenever possible, we practice on the beach or in nature or at sacred sites. During free time there are treks along the Swedish coastline, and visits to sites of historical interest.Â
The center is located close to Malmo and Copenhagen International Airport with budget flights from all European capitals.Â

Our beautiful retreat centre is located in a charming little village called Klagstorp, surrounded by fields full of life and breathtaking nature, alongside the white beaches of Skånes Riviera the ashram is truly the perfect place to partake in yoga therapy.
We offer a range of accommodation available to all budgets – rooms, tents and caravans.You will have free access to parking, the garden which includes a meditation platform, tea house, and a hot tub.
Whenever possible, we practice on the beach or in nature or at sacred sites. During free time there are treks along the Swedish coastline, and visits to sites of historical interest. as well as visiting Malmo and Trelleborg, cities close to our ashram where you can find the most delicious sweet treats.Â
Whilst we are in the countryside we are easy to get to, only 15 km from Malmo airport and 40 km from Copenhagen airport, from Malmo airport and Trelleborg train station we offer a pick up and drop off service for a small fee, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.Â
