As your Yoga At Home instructor I am there to guide you through challenges, keep you motivated, answer any questions that pop up, and provide general support. But I do more than that, I teach yoga from the heart. I use a little bit of magic called love.

And if you want to continue the journey, you can extend your yoga coaching for as long as you need. Enjoy support and encouragement every step of the way!

Awakening The Heart

My teaching is based on awakening the heart center and integrating mind and body. This is an approach that supports optimal brain function and harmony between mind, body, and soul. As a result, students are more resilient to stress, and enjoy a deeper, richer experience of life. I also see a noticeable increase in expressions of happiness, love and compassion.

A large body of research confirms the health benefits of yoga and how yoga works on the root cause of most diseases: chronic stress. The yoga I teach is supported by modern research.

I also believe love has the power to heal and transform peoples lives. That is why love and working with the heart center is a central part of my teaching.

Not at all. Yoga classes are optional and tailored to individual needs, without the complicated postures you may see online.

Yogi Living Retreat Center resident yoga teacher Winnie Winnetu speaks English, Swedish, Danish, French and German so don’t worry if you cannot speak Swedish!

Yes! Partners and friends are always welcome to join the class.
There is no extra charge if you have more participants, though an additional donation would be appreciated.

You are welcome to stay if we have no retreats or guests.  Keep in mind we are a small center with limited capacity.
We can offer different types of accommodation: caravans, glamping (summer only) and AirBnB rooms.
